IT'S 2019!...Finally...THE MARKET HAS CHANGED!* and is still changing.  Last year we said, "The recession is long over and, we can say with certainty... it is *NO LONGER* a 'Buyer's Market'... and we are not quite a FULL Seller's Market, yet." This means during this past year, the trend of a 'slump' in the Real Estate market, looked as if it was beginning to reverse. There were more buyers comfortable with the upward movement of the market wanting to purchase. PLUS...Last year, we saw 'less' moderately price homes on the market. It's a fact: BUYERS WERE SHOPPING HARD to find the PERFECT HOME! But, what about this year? Only time will tell. One thing is for certain, Buyers still want to have fun at the lake and there will be Sellers wanting to sell... it just may not be as many as previous years.

* Personal * 
After spending 25 years in sales and service, becoming a REALTOR® in 2000 was a natural transition for Maggie. Forever a 'People Person", Maggie's enthusiasm for life is Faith-based. A St. Louis Area native, Maggie 'discovered' the Lake's Fun as a teenager and continued with weekend visits with her children for mini-vacations. But, it was the beauty of the Lake Area that convinced Maggie and her husband and Real Estate Partner, Gary, to make it their permanent home now that Maggie's children are grown. Hobbies and Passions: Maggie and Gary live just off Hwy FF in Edwards where they enjoy life so very close to the lake, but in a country setting where Maggie can be with her horse- Lightning. 

* History * 
Lake ACTION Realty was opened by Maggie Richards after realizing a need to be more flexible with her time and marketing in the Lake Area to meet her clients needs... 'flexible' meaning... when clients needed more, she wanted to be able to give more without corporate restraints. When you meet Maggie you will see she is all about ACTION, hence the name.
